We start from an alcohol base in which we macerate 11 Mediterranean botanicals. Juniper, fresh citrus fruits, lavender, rosemary and a selection of botanicals from the Sierra de Tramontana. After a few days of maceration, we distill in small batches. ONZE is the result of mixing hearts from small batches.
